drained and rinsed
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large saucepan, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and salsa to the beef. Stir to combine.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked macaroni, beef mixture, corn, black beans, and 1 cup of shredded cheese.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated. Just bake it when you're ready to eat.
