Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the beef. Cook until the onion is translucent.
Stir in the cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce.
Place a layer of corn tortillas on top of the sauce.
Spread a layer of the beef mixture over the tortillas, followed by black beans, corn, and cheese.
Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
