Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
