Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 box Stuffing mix
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, stuffing mix, cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
