Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked ham, diced
  • 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the ham, Swiss cheese, milk, and heavy cream.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter, then sprinkle over the casserole.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some veggies like broccoli or spinach for extra nutrition.
