Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the ham, Swiss cheese, milk, and heavy cream.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter, then sprinkle over the casserole.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add some veggies like broccoli or spinach for extra nutrition.
