Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mashed avocados
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine mashed avocados, diced tomatoes, chopped onions, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  • Top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
