Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano dried
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  • Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a baking dish.
  • Spread half of the yogurt mixture over the potatoes and sprinkle with half of the crumbled feta cheese.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, yogurt mixture, and feta cheese.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

For a richer flavor, you can add a layer of sautéed onions and bell peppers.
