Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, beaten eggs, milk, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

You can add vegetables or cooked meat to the mixture for extra flavor.
