Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning to the beef and prepare according to package instructions.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, cream of chicken soup, and Rotel tomatoes.
In a baking dish, layer half of the crushed Doritos, then the beef mixture, and top with shredded cheese. Repeat the layers.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
This casserole is great for a quick weeknight meal. You can also add other toppings like sour cream, lettuce, or jalapeños.
