Ingredients:

  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine rice, chicken broth, milk, shredded cheese, cream of mushroom soup, cooked chicken, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add vegetables like peas or carrots for extra nutrition.
