black beans, drained and rinsed

sour cream

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning to the beef and stir to combine.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, black beans, corn, sour cream, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Spread the mixture into a baking dish. Top with the crushed tortilla chips and the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
