Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, diced potatoes, chili beans, tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add more spices or vegetables to suit your taste.
