Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 can Chili beans
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can Tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, diced potatoes, chili beans, tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add more spices or vegetables to suit your taste.
