Carolina Gold rice

chicken breast, diced

cheddar cheese, shredded

can
cream of mushroom soup

cup
chicken broth
1/2

milk

small
onion, chopped
2
cloves
garlic, minced
to taste
Salt and pepper

olive oil
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook rice according to package instructions.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
Add diced chicken to the skillet and cook until no longer pink.
In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, chicken mixture, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, milk, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix well.
Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes:
Great for family dinners and potlucks.
