Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook the diced bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, heavy cream, grated Parmesan, grated Pecorino Romano, salt, and black pepper.
Add the cooked macaroni and crispy bacon to the bowl. Mix well to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
