Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large baking dish, combine the chopped cabbage, sliced sausages, and cubed potatoes.
Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or bell peppers for extra flavor and nutrition.
