Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cabbage chopped
  • 4 pieces Sausages sliced
  • 4 pieces Potatoes cubed
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large baking dish, combine the chopped cabbage, sliced sausages, and cubed potatoes.
  • Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the foil, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or bell peppers for extra flavor and nutrition.
