Ingredients:

  • 8 slices Bread cubed
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 6 Eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Cooked Bacon crumbled

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the cubed bread, shredded cheese, and crumbled bacon to the bowl. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for extra flavor and nutrition.
