Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 4 cups Mashed Potatoes

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned.
  • Drain excess fat and transfer to a mixing bowl.
  • Stir in cream of mushroom soup, frozen peas, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread mashed potatoes on top.
  • Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese over the mashed potatoes.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes:

Feel free to add more vegetables or substitute the ground beef with ground turkey for a lighter version.
