  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 package Frozen Tater Tots
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Diced Pickles
  • 1 cup Thousand Island Dressing
  • 1 cup Diced Onions

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain the excess fat.
  • Spread the cooked ground beef evenly in a baking dish.
  • Layer the diced onions, pickles, and Thousand Island dressing over the ground beef.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole is a fun twist on the classic Big Mac. Feel free to add more toppings like lettuce or tomatoes after baking.
