Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Asparagus trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 lb Potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the asparagus, potatoes, cheddar cheese, milk, melted butter, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
