Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Steam Brussels sprouts for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, mix almond milk, nutritional yeast, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Place Brussels sprouts in a baking dish and pour the mixture over them.
Top with breadcrumbs.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
