Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts halved
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 0.25 cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Steam Brussels sprouts for 5 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix almond milk, nutritional yeast, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Place Brussels sprouts in a baking dish and pour the mixture over them.
  • Top with breadcrumbs.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
