Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn kernels

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning and salsa to the beef. Stir to combine.
  • In a baking dish, layer tortillas, beef mixture, black beans, corn, and cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with cheese on top.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite toppings like sour cream, guacamole, or chopped cilantro.
