Ingredients:

  • 8 slices Texas Toast
  • 6 units Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a baking dish and arrange the Texas toast slices in a single layer.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the Texas toast slices, making sure they are well-coated.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
