Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups mashed cooked squash
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the mashed squash, sugar, milk, melted butter, beaten eggs, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • In another bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the squash mixture, stirring until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
