Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, artichoke hearts, spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, heavy cream, and garlic. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
