Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, artichoke hearts, spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, heavy cream, and garlic. Mix well.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
