Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta uncooked
  • 300 g Mixed Seafood shrimp, scallops, and crab
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the mixed seafood to the saucepan and cook until just done.
  • Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and well combined.
  • Combine the cooked pasta and the seafood sauce in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

You can use any type of seafood you like. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
