Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain.
  • In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked noodles, sausage, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix well.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted.

Notes:

Feel free to add some veggies like peas or bell peppers for extra flavor and nutrition.
