cream of mushroom soup

shredded cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain.
In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a large bowl, combine cooked noodles, sausage, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
Notes:
Feel free to add some veggies like peas or bell peppers for extra flavor and nutrition.
