Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, marinara sauce, bell peppers, onions, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
