Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Diced potatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Diced ham
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine diced potatoes, shredded cheese, diced ham, milk, melted butter, salt, and black pepper.
  • Divide the mixture evenly into mini cocottes.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
