Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 jar marinara sauce 24 oz
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the marinara sauce to the ground beef and stir to combine. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  • In a baking dish, layer half of the cooked spaghetti, followed by the cream cheese mixture, then the remaining spaghetti.
  • Pour the meat sauce over the top of the spaghetti layers.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake.
