Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
Stir in diced tomatoes and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
