Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup diced tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup chopped onions
  • 0.25 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
  • Stir in diced tomatoes and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
