Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb kielbasa sliced
  • 2 cups sauerkraut drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sauerkraut, sour cream, mustard, and caraway seeds.
  • Spread the sauerkraut mixture in a baking dish.
  • Top with sliced kielbasa and shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 45 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Great served with a side of mashed potatoes or crusty bread.
