Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the sauerkraut, sour cream, mustard, and caraway seeds.
Spread the sauerkraut mixture in a baking dish.
Top with sliced kielbasa and shredded cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Great served with a side of mashed potatoes or crusty bread.
