Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sour cream, cheddar cheese, chicken broth, diced tomatoes with green chilies, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole is perfect for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days.
