Ingredients:

  • 1 medium Butternut Squash peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine butternut squash, heavy cream, shredded cheddar cheese, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the squash is tender and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
