Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Pickles, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sugar-Free Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sugar-free ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the cooked ground beef, chopped pickles, and diced onion to the bowl. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

This casserole is perfect for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
