Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted. Add cooked macaroni and sliced hot dogs, mixing well.
Pour mixture into a baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
Notes:
Feel free to add some veggies like peas or broccoli for extra nutrition.
