Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a large bowl, combine cooked ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheddar cheese, cooked pasta, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
