Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheddar cheese, cooked pasta, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the casserole for extra flavor and nutrition.
