Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped green onions, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, melted butter, breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

This casserole is great as a side dish or even a main course. Feel free to add more cheese if you like it extra cheesy!
