Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Frozen Hash Browns
  • 2 cups Sour Cream
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 cup Crushed Cornflakes
  • 1/4 cup Melted Butter

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, and chopped onion.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix crushed cornflakes with melted butter. Sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.

Notes:

Great for potlucks and family gatherings.
