Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, and chopped onion.
Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix crushed cornflakes with melted butter. Sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
