Ingredients:

  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 1 can French onion soup (10.5 ounces)
  • 1 can beef consommé (10.5 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup butter melted

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the rice, French onion soup, beef consommé, and melted butter.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
  • Let it sit for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

You can add some shredded cheese on top before baking for an extra layer of flavor.
