Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the fideo pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Combine the cooked fideo pasta with the beef mixture. Transfer to a baking dish.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add some chopped bell peppers or corn for extra flavor and texture.
