Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 6 English muffins split and cubed
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  • Place the cubed English muffins in the baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the English muffins, making sure they are well coated.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the custard is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

For a sweeter touch, you can sprinkle some powdered sugar on top before serving.
