Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
Place the cubed English muffins in the baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.
Pour the egg mixture over the English muffins, making sure they are well coated.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the custard is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

For a sweeter touch, you can sprinkle some powdered sugar on top before serving.
