Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs.
Add the cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, salt, and black pepper to the eggs. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden brown on top.
