Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and the top is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
