Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and the top is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
