Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Layer roasted poblano peppers in a baking dish.
Spread cooked ground beef over the peppers.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef.
In a bowl, mix milk, beaten eggs, salt, and black pepper. Pour over the casserole.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until set and golden brown.
Notes:
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
