Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, melted butter, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some cooked chicken or vegetables to make it a complete meal.
