Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the cauliflower florets for about 5 minutes, until tender. Drain well.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked cauliflower, cheddar cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole is a great side dish or can be served as a main course.
