Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the cauliflower florets for about 5 minutes, until tender. Drain well.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked cauliflower, cheddar cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
This casserole is a great side dish or can be served as a main course.
