Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Yams, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 cup Mini marshmallows

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Boil the yams in a large pot until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and mash in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix in the brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly. Top with mini marshmallows.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.

Notes:

For an extra crunch, add chopped pecans on top before baking.
