Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, and dried basil.
Season the calamari rings with salt and pepper, then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture.
Grease a baking dish with olive oil and spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.
Place the coated calamari rings in the baking dish and cover with the remaining marinara sauce.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the calamari is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to add some chopped fresh parsley on top for garnish.
