Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent.
3. Add the minced garlic and ground beef to the skillet. Cook until the beef is browned.
4. Season with salt and black pepper. Remove from heat.
5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed butternut squash and the beef mixture. Mix well.
6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the squash is tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
