Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz egg noodles, cooked
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onion is translucent.
  • Stir in sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth. Cook until well combined.
  • In a baking dish, combine cooked egg noodles and beef mixture. Mix well.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add mushrooms or other vegetables to the casserole for extra flavor.
